3. Eligibility

To use our referral services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Use of the Site by persons under 18 is prohibited.

While we make reasonable efforts to include reputable and licensed professionals in our network, we make no warranties or representations regarding their qualifications, competence, or the quality of services they provide. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any referred professional.

Professional fees, if any, charged by referred attorneys or medical providers are governed solely by whatever agreement you enter into directly with that professional. We are not responsible for and do not oversee such fee arrangements.

6. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your use of this Site, submission of any form, or communication with our representatives does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and YouCrash Attorneys. Any information you submit to us prior to being connected with a licensed attorney is shared pursuant to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Time limitations (statutes of limitations) may apply to your legal claims. We strongly urge you to seek qualified legal counsel promptly and not to rely on our referral service to preserve any legal deadlines.

7. SMS & Electronic Communications

By submitting your contact information and consenting through the chat widget on our Site, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) and other electronic communications from YouCrash Attorneys and our referral network partners related to your inquiry.
